Refund period
All our orders benefit from an unconditional 10 working days refund policy from the date of purchase.
End of law refund
No refund requests will be accepted after the expiry of the 10 working days period following the date of purchase.

Payment plans
If you have opted for an installment payment plan, the refund policy is as follows:
- Applies to the total amount of the program, product or service
- And not only to payments already received.

Case of participation or immediate consumption
The refund will be automatically cancelled in the following cases:
- Participation in a live event
- Access to a digital product
- Start of a service or support
Once the service has been consumed, even partially, the right to a refund becomes void.
